課程概述 |
This course is aimed to provide financial economic theories and their empirical implications. Students will learn theories about agency theory, corporate governance, dividend signaling, merger and acquisition and innovation and innovation externality, for both theoretical models and empirical tests. Students are also expected to have strong economics and statistics background. |

課程目標 |
Students are expected to have basic managerial economics knowledge. In addition, students are expected to understand theoretical and empirical economic knowledge. Independent research ability could be fosterd by writing ter papers. |
